There are 29 buildings with 6 units per structure. Each unit has its own private, attached garage. The two lower level Castle Rock models are ranch-style, a number of which are handicap accessible with ramps and wider garages. Both the Castle Rock and upper-level end Rio units have two bedrooms and two baths. The interior second floor Sterling units have one master bedroom, bath and loft, second in square footage to only the Castle Rock. Castle Rock and Sterling units have direct entry from their garages into the unit. The windows and vaulted ceilings in the Rios provide a bright, open atmosphere. |
