Located in the southeast sector of the Denver metropolitan area, it is minutes from I-70 and
I-225. Interstate 225 links to the north-south corridor I-25 and I-70, the east-west corridor. This access places Denver International airport and the Denver Tech Center within 10-15 minutes. It is also close to malls, retail, restaurants, theatres, and hospitals.
Elementary, middle and high schools are within walking distance of the complex, as are two parks. The first is diagonally across from the complex and the second within a few blocks. The complex is at the intersection of Tower Road & Sterling Hills Parkway.
